Over the past decade, we have worked alongside the Harry's Rainbow team to create a connected, modern digital environment that helps the charity operate more efficiently while continuing to provide exceptional support to families.
One of the clearest examples of why this investment mattered came during the COVID 19 pandemic.
Because Harry's Rainbow had already moved to cloud systems, the charity was able to continue operating almost immediately despite the challenges many organisations faced.
Staff could securely access files from anywhere. Microsoft 365 allowed the team to work together remotely. Their hosted telephone system ensured families could still make contact. Digital workflows and the CRM continued supporting daily operations without interruption.
Most importantly, the charity remained fully operational during one of the most challenging periods many families had ever experienced.
One of the proudest moments in our journey with Harry's Rainbow came when the charity's website received a Silver Award for Best Website at the MK & Buckinghamshire SME Business Awards.
